STRESS-TEK IMPLEMENTS NEW WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY

We recently implemented our new, wireless technology to upgrade an existing system used to weigh large, fabricated structures such as bridge sections.  It is a 4-channel solution connecting 100,000 lb load cells to a PC which is used to monitor and record weight (4 channels + total). It also monitors battery voltage in the transmitting load cells.  There is no on/off switch on the load cell transmitters, and battery life is expected to exceed two years in this application.  We can remotely monitor all types of load cells.  The before and after pictures provide a great visual representation of the cabling, electronics, and local displays that were replaced by this upgrade. The end result is a simpler, less complicated weighing solution for this customer.

VULCAN ON-BOARD SCALES INTRODUCES THE NEW V700 WIRELESS REMOTE

The new V700 Electronics System makes it possible to view the on-board scale information displayed on your V320 or V340 remotely. The pocket size remote allows you to monitor the weight safely within the loading area, and allows the loader operator to maximize the load  without having to return to the tractor to check the meter.  The V700 has a large LCD with three backlight settings, displays up to four VSL channels with subtotals and grand total, and has Gross, Net, and Pickup/Deliver operation modes.  It can operate over 30 hours on 2 AA batteries, with a battery level indicator and an auto-off function.  The V700  comes with a case and neck lanyard for protection and carrying ease.
